What to Expect?
Conscious Leadership empowers women to lead with meaning and purpose, rooted in self-awareness to rise beyond our individual selves and live and learn in community.
During the workshop you will experience one of the transformational leadership exercises from our upcoming book and engage in meaningful discussions to share insights and questions. These workshops are part learning and part experience (through reflection, guided visualization and supported self inquiry) that enable us to “embody” conscious leadership beyond theory alone. In this way we deepen our understanding of the connection between leadership behavior and your body's unique signs of ease and health.
Upcoming Mind-Body Integration Classes + Workshops
As leaders we face challenges like everyone else, but how we handle them and conduct ourselves has a ripple effect on our teams, businesses, partnerships, and family relationships. It’s critical to stay centered and keep our cool, but sometimes the rock that lands in our pond is so big the ripples throw us so off center that we drift away from ourselves.
Through upcoming Qoya inspired movement and Chakra yoga classes, we learn to become literate in the language of the body and tune into our whole selves. The practices Samantha and Rimi share are based on our upcoming book and allow us to expand our toolkit of practices that nourish and support us.
