There’s nothing like a great night sleep. We wake feeling fresh and energetic. Our gut function is normal. We wake up hungry and have a clear mind. We can exercise. And then at night, we’re ready to go back to sleep without much effort.
But, for most of us, sleep is elusive. Nearly two-thirds of adults fail to obtain the recommended eight hours of sleep per night. Without sleep, we’re prone to infections and disease, hormone imbalances, weight gain, insulin resistance, and many more health conditions.
This webinar, led by Functional Medicine and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Samantha Anderson, will reveal factors that can affect your sleep and share a variety of practices that will help improve your sleep quality.
As a Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, I focus on lifestyle practices—such as food, movement, sleep, and stress relief with my clients. My goal is to motivate and empower change while promoting wellness and helping you feel your best. I am also certified to work with clients on reversing cognitive decline, using The Bredesen Protocol, a science-based prevention and recovery program for brain health.
